Can't express how happy I am with their service. They came out within a couple of hours of my call. They went over and above to help fix my septic tank issue. Wouldn't recommend anyone else, Rocket Rooter Plumbing is the best.

Great service! Pipes were backing up and called them for a pump out. They sent Lionel who was the consummate professional and highly knowledgeable! Told him the house was only two years old and he said sounds like a clog and a pump out may not be needed. Sure enough when he put his camera down the blow out there was clog at the tank entrance. No need to dig up the yard! Thank you Lionel great job!

We are so thankful for these guys! First, Jerry was so courteous when we called needing help. Alex came out on his day off, handled all the warranty stuff, took the broken water heater back and brought the new one back. He had it taken out and reinstalled in no time. We were only without hot water for a short time. He was on time, communicated effectively, professional and courteous. We highly, highly, highly recommend these guys. They also have safety features in place for their clients. They text a picture of your service person so you know who to expect. Give them a try for all your plumbing needs.

Our septic backed up on a Friday and we called a couple places. All of them said they could not be there until Monday so that would be an issue. When we called Rocket Rooter they had no problem coming out that afternoon which we were so grateful that they did. They did a great job pumping out the tanks and gave us a few tips to try to keep it from backing up again.

Called Doug this morning and he answered right away, talked to me about my problems, gave me a quote and guaranteed same day service. Lionel came to the house with in 2 hours of me calling and got straight to work. He was very friendly and helped me understand my situation and gave me a plan to move forward. My husband found some construction material in our shower drain. We were concerned with what might be in our septic tank, so we called Rocket Rooter to drain our tank. Within 3 hours, Brandon, a very pleasant and diligent worker, quickly started to work. The day was hot and muggy, but Brandon carefully shoveled and opened both the bulk tank and liquid tank. He replaced the tank lids tightly. He put the soil and turf nicely. He kindly answered our questions and thanked us for using Rocket Rooter. Leaving us totally pleased with his work.
